Classes are taught in the classical order, occasionally incorporating props like a tea towel, magic circle, or light hand weights. Rain or shine, join me for virtual pilates classes via Zoom video conferencing! Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30 PM and Saturdays at 7 AM.
