ABOUT
THE FOUNDER: MEREDITH
I’m a native Annapolitan semi-retired runner, who loves Pilates, puppies, my family, the beach, and being in the great outdoors.
I had 15 years of yoga practice and three pilates classes when I started my Peak Pilates Instructor Training (Whoops!)
Becoming a certified Pilates instructor without years of prior instruction has given me an edge.
BUT WHY?
I learned Pilates exercises correctly from day one.

MY HIDDEN TALENT
Some call it my superpower.
I'm creative and, therefore, incredibly visual. I see movement patterns very clearly. Based on your body's natural asymmetries, I can help you work through muscle tightness and limited range of motion due to everyday life or previous injuries.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
ANYONE WHO'S TRAINED WITH ME KNOWS.
I TAKE CLIENT SAFETY VERY SERIOUSLY.
Due to the Park's proximity to the water, client safety Pilates in the park classes online if inclement weather occurs. Inclement weather includes severe thunderstorm watch/warning and extreme heat/air advisory. Clients who have already registered for Pilates in the Park class will receive an email with a Zoom meeting link 1 hour before class.

What it's like to workout with me.
My (shoulder) range of motion was terrible before I took up Pilates.
I couldn't raise my right arm up to even part my hair...After a couple of months, my arm has a much greater range and flexibility is much less fatigued.This is awesome stuff - great thanks to Meredith
